OJHAS is now hosted on a better, more efficient server and we hope
that there would be no problem on its accessibility in future. We
have also created a mirror site for the journal at
http://ojhas.in. With this issue, the
Home Page as well as the templates for articles have been given a
face-lift and hopefully these changes would improve the readability
